Delivery and payment

Courier delivery across Georgia — 1–3 working days in Tbilisi, 3–7 to the rest of Georgia. Pay by bank card. Collection in Tbilisi is possible by arrangement — the address is shown at checkout.

Returns

If you don't like it, the colour isn't what you expected, or you find a visual defect — return it within 24 hours. Hair can be returned even with the package opened, as long as it hasn't been used — not braided. For hygiene reasons, opened care products such as wax or conditioner can't be returned.
